Organizational Madness

I'll admit....I'm slightly OCD. Ok, more than slightly. (I blame/thank my father for that) I've been told before, "Everything has a place in your house doesn't it?" I've also been told "Just wait until you have children! You'll be ok with clutter then."

Well, I have a child and I am NOT ok with clutter. Other people's clutter doesn't bother me at all. I could care less. As for me and my house, well, let's put it this way... I'm crazy. And let me state that I don't mind the kind, (well sort of don't mind) of clutter that happens while you are in the process of moving things or remodeling or that kind of thing. (Although inside I have the jitters and twitches similar to one who's on crack until I get my re-organized fix)

Every product in the pantry has a specific shelve and spot on that shelf. Same way in the fridge and for the dishes in the cabinets.

So, This week "we" decided to paint our bedroom. Actually it was more like "I've waited 9 months for you to pick a color, so please pick one"-Josh

Well as I said, I get the crack-like jitters until it's done, so that thing got painted QUICKLY. And now I'm in the decorating process. (There will be posts on that later)

So today was laundry day since it has gotten put off. And there it was.....my perfectly awesome, wonderful, yet not quite as organized husband's t-shirt drawers. I felt like I heard a "DUN DUN DUN" when I opened them. I had remembered a pin from pinterest (a Godsend sometimes). It showed how to re-fold tshirts in a way to see them all and fit more. So I figured I'd try. Perfecto! Now I'm hearing the Hallelujah Chorus! Check out the before and after pictures. Not sure why I had never thought of this before. (feel sorta stupid now) So for today, I got my organized "fix"!
